a. With block placed in the correct position, an operative climbs into the hollow of the block and drills 2 no. 28mm holes to a depth of 150mm into the existing slab; through the precast holes in the base of the block.

b. The dust is cleared out of the holes using compressed air

c. Chemical resin is pumped into the 2 holes, 2 no. 500mm x 24mm threaded bars are twisted fully down into the wet resin.

d. When the resin has cured 2 nuts are tightened down onto square plate washers.
